You can find the Process Bypass field at the bottom of the Client Tracker record in the System Information section. By default, this field is set to "Off". Set to "On" to prevent the system from sending emails, creating tasks, and auto filling fields related to the Client Tracker automation process. Set back to "Off" to continue automation. This is useful when importing or entering records that aren't starting from the Potential Applicant Stage. You can also set it to "On - Only Stop Emails/Tasks", this will fill in the dates as if an email was sent, but will not actually send any emails to the Client or create any tasks.
