1.10. Contacts and Accounts

Prior to entering any dogs, you may want to enter Contacts and Accounts as there are lookup fields to these tabs on the dog record. If your organization has installed the non-profit Salesforce app, Accounts may be called Organizations. Contacts will be people like clients and caretakers. Accounts will be businesses like other organizations or facilities.

 

You can access the Contacts and Accounts tab from App Launcher if it is not already an available tab. Then follow the instructions for creating new records.
