After clicking a New Health & Wellness button, select Food from the record type drop down and click continue. You can also click the Dog Food button from the quick action buttons on the dog's record to bypass having to select a record type.

Food Name
Track the type of food given. These options are based on settings entered by your Salesforce administrator.
