Read Only fields are automatically filled in by the app and are considered locked. The field will not show a pencil icon next to it and you will not be able to edit it.
Please note: System Administrators are able to edit some locked fields. It's very important that, as a System Administrator, you do not edit these fields as it could create discrepancies in the data. A list of the fields and the tab they appear on is at the bottom of this page.
