Once your system administrator has set up your user account, you should receive an email from Salesforce with instructions on how to verify your account. It will require you to create a password and a security question. You may want to bookmark login.salesforce.com as you will need to login each time you access Dog Tracker. The first time you log in from a different computer, or device, you will also receive an email with a verification code which you will need to enter before you can login from that device.
