3.9.4.1. Successor Dog

If you select Successor Dog it will create a new Client Tracker record and either send the email 02S - Applicant - Successor Dog Application Package or create the task Successor Dog for Client Name based on the value set in Preferred Communication Type.
 
Prior to completing the task, the Status, Status Notes and Application Package Sent fields will be set as follows:
 
The following fields will be updated after the email is sent, or the task is set to Completed:
