This field will be filled in automatically from a Dog Location record when you fill in the Unplaced fields.
 
 
All options will set the below fields, and Successor Dog, Deceased and Organization Reacquired Dog will set additional fields.

Will auto fill with the current date. You can override this just by entering a date in this field.
