For each dog, you should make one Career Consideration record for each career type in your organization. Then, if needed, update the probability of the career for that dog.
After clicking a New Dog Forms, Evaluations & Notes button, select Career Consideration from the record type drop down and click continue. You can also click the Career button from the quick action buttons on the dog's record to bypass having to select a record type.
