After clicking a New Health & Wellness button, select Preventatives & Vaccines from the record type drop down and click continue. You can also click the Preventative/Vaccine button from the quick action buttons on the dog's record to bypass having to select a record type.
Below are the unique fields included on the Preventative & Vaccine records.
Preventative/Vaccine Given
Track the type of Preventative/Vaccine given. These options are based on settings entered by your Salesforce administrator.
If left blank, will use the Default Frequency (Boosters) set by your Salesforce Administrator to create the next due date. To set manually, enter the Next Due Date and uncheck the Auto Fill Due Date field. If you would like to not have Next Due Date set, please leave blank and uncheck the Auto Fill Due Date field.
Use this field if you would like to set the 1st time a dog is due for a certain preventative. This record will not appear on the Preventatve/Vaccine embedded list, but will appear on the Lead Trainer/Caretaker notifications.
The Lead Trainer/Caretaker will receive notifications weekly showing a list of dog's due for preventatives/vaccines in the next 8 days (this time frame maybe have been updated by your Salesforce Administrator) and any past due. Dog's with Placed or Inactive record types will not show up on the list.
