After clicking a New Health & Wellness button, select Weight from the record type drop down and click continue. You can also click the Dog Weight button from the quick action buttons on the dog's record to bypass having to select a record type.
Below are the unique fields included on the Weight records.
Weight (Pounds/Kilograms)
Enter the dog's weight in pounds/kilograms. This is a Number Only field.
