If the client would like to withdraw from the program, you can simply change the Status field to Withdrew.
If you need to Decline the client from the program while they are in the Client Stage, you can set the Status field to Declined. The system will either send the email template, 05D - Client - Removed from Program, or create the task Decline Client Client Name based on the value set in Preferred Communication Type.
