Client is the third stage in the process of receiving a dog. This stage is used to receive all Client documents, perform all interviews and collect any fees you need from the client while they are waiting for a dog to be trained for them.
Checking the box for Completed Pre-Team Training Requirements will create the task Ready for Team Training - Client Name, for the Process Manager and changes the Status to Needs Team Training Date.
Once a Team Training date has been determined, fill in the fields Team Training Start Date and Team Training End Date. Team Training End Date is not required to send the notification. This will either send the email 05A - Client - Team Training Scheduled or create the task Notification of Team Training for Client Name based on the value set in Preferred Communication Type. It will also change the Status to Pending Team Training.
Changing the date in the field Team Training Start Date when the Status is Pending Team Training will either send the email 05C - Client - Team Training Date Change or create the task Notification of Team Training Change for Client Name based on the value set in Preferred Communication Type.
The last date the client will have to attend Team Training. If filled in at the same time as Team Training Start Date, it will be included in the notification for the client.
The date the stage ended either by completing a Public Access Test, setting the Status to Declined during the Client Stage, or setting the Status to Withdrew during the Client Stage.
This shows the total percentage of funds received based on the fields Fee for Dog Required and Fee for Dog Received. This is a read only field. Please see the Fee for Dog topic for additional information.
