If your organization requires a fee for a dog, please enter the amount in the Fee for Dog Required field. Whenever you receive funds towards the fee total, add the amount to the Fee for Dog Received field.
If funds towards the fee have not been received for 6 months, the system will either send the email template, 06C - No Fee for Dog 6 Months, or create the task No funds towards dog for Client Name based on the value set in Preferred Communication Type.
If funds towards the fee have not been received for 1 year, the system will either send the email template, 06D - No Fee for Dog 1 Year, or create the task System Decline for Client Name based on the value set in Preferred Communication Type. One week before the notification, the Process Manager will receive a task notifying them that they System is going to Decline the client. Once the notification has been sent, the Status will be changed to "Declined (System)".
