Client

1. Client
Select the client. This is a lookup field to Contacts.

Successor Dog

2. Successor Dog
Check the box if this process is for a successor dog. This will be checked automatically if you used the Graduate Stage End Reason from another Client Tracker process.

Preferred Communication Type

3. Preferred Communication Type
If set to Email, will auto send emails throughout process. If set to Email (Do Not Set Declined), will auto send all emails except when Status is set to Declined or Declined (System). All other options will create tasks for Process Manager.

Process Manager

4. Process Manager
All tasks will be assigned to the Process Manager. All automatic emails will be from the Process Manager unless they have not set up an Organization Wide Email in which case emails will be from a default Organization Wide Email. Ask your administrator to set up Organization Wide Emails.

Important Notes

5. Important Notes
Since this field is one of the first things you see when you come to a Client Tracker record, you should enter any important notes about the Client that you want other users to see here.

Set the for this client. These options are based on settings entered by your Salesforce administrator.

Stage

7. Stage
Stage shows where the client is in the process. This will be set automatically by the system. This field controls the values in the Status field.

This shows the client's current status within the Stage. This fields values change depending on the value set in the Stage field.

Status Notes

9. Status Notes
Enter any notes about the current Status here. PLEASE NOTE: These will be included in an email to the client if they get Declined.
