Please Note: If your organization also uses Dog Tracker, filling out a Public Access Test with Tested On set to Placement, will also create a Dog Location form, and update the placement information on the Client Tracker record, Client record, and Dog record. Even if the Team does not require a Public Access Test, you should still create a record and set the Final Result field to "No Public Access Needed".
