4.1.3. Monthly Follow Up

Use this form to track information collected from Graduates on the well being of their dog and how they are doing with their dog.
 
After clicking a New Forms, Documents & Evaluations button, select Monthly Follow Up from the record type drop down and click continue.
 
You can also click the Monthly Follow Up button from the quick action buttons on the Client Tracker record to bypass having to select a record type.
 
The Monthly Follow Ups can be found on the Monthly embedded list on the Client Tracker record or in the Forms, Documents & Evaluations related list.
 
Below are the sections of the Monthly Follow Up form.

Select the month the follow up is for.

This section covers the Health and Wellness of the dog for the month.

Comments (Client)

This section covers and comments and concerns the client had with the dog for the month.
