4.1.4. Public Access Test

This form tracks everything on the Public Access Test form on the ADI website.
 
After clicking a New Forms, Documents & Evaluations button, select Public Access Test from the record type drop down and click continue.
 
You can also click the Public Access Test button from the quick action buttons on the Client Tracker record to bypass having to select a record type.
 
The Public Access Tests can be found on the Public Access Tests embedded list on the Client Tracker record or in the Forms, Documents & Evaluations related list.
 
Below are the fields included on the Public Access Test records.

Tested On

1. Tested On
Select the type of Public Access Test the team was tested on. See the Tested On topic for additional information about each option.

Public Access Test Status

2. Public Access Test Status
The current status of the test.
3

Name of Tester

3. Name of Tester
This is a lookup field to Contacts. Select the Contact record of the person who scored the test.

Equipment Used

4. Equipment Used
List any equipment the client used during the Public Access Test.

Scheduled Date/Time

5. Scheduled Date/Time
Once the Public Access Test has been scheduled, enter the date and time here. This will update the Status field on the Client Tracker record to Pending Public Access Test.

Scheduled Location

6. Scheduled Location
Once the interview has been scheduled, enter the location here. These options are based on settings entered by your Salesforce administrator.

This field can not be filled in until an option for Tested On is selected. See the Final Result topic for additional information on each option.

Scoring Yes/No Questions

8. Scoring Yes/No Questions
This read-only field will only appear after you save the record. This will show the Percentage of questions where the answer was "Yes" or "Not Applicable". To pass the Public Access Test, they should receive at least an 80%.

Scoring Required Yeses

This read-only field will only appear after you save the record. This will be checked if all the fields marked with an asterisk we set to "Yes" or "Not Applicable".

Scoring Frequency Questions

This read-only field will only appear after you save the record. This will show how many questions were answered with "Always" or "Most of the time". To pass the Public Access Test, they should receive 14 out of 14.

Unique Situations

List any situations that made part of the test not applicable.

Any notes from the tester about the Public Access Test.

The specific requirement to be tested on.

Asterisk

16. Asterisk
All fields marked by an asterisk must be answered by a 'Yes' response to pass.

Yes/No Questions

17. Yes/No Questions
The Yes/No questions have Yes/No answers. There is also a Not Applicable option which will be scored as a Yes.

Frequency Questions

The Frequency questions ask how often the team correctly executed the task. The Not Applicable option will be scored as a 1.
