4.1.5. Trainer/Caretaker Notes

Use this form to keep quick notes of dog's progress in training.
 
After clicking a New Dog Forms, Evaluations & Notes button, select Trainer/Caretaker Notes from the record type drop down and click continue.
 
Below are the fields included on the Trainer/Caretaker Notes records.

Enter the successes for the dog during training.

Enter the struggles or areas that could be improved upon for the dog.

List the exposures for the dog.

Use the multi select picklist to chose the grooming done to the dog.

Enter any additional information related to training the dog.

Hours Trained

This is a number only field. This field gets totaled on the dog's record in the Total Hours Trained field.
