3.9.2. Follow Ups

There are two types of follow ups tracked in Client Tracker, Monthly and Yearly.
 
Monthly Follow Ups should be documented for the first 6 months following placement with a dog.
 
Yearly Follow Ups should be done by qualified staff or program volunteers within 12 months of graduation and annually thereafter.
