4.1.4.1. Tested On & Final Result

The Tested On and Final Result fields will change fields on Client Tracker depending on the combination used. Tested on refers to the type of Public Access Test done and Final Result is whether the team passed, failed or did not need public access.

 

9 months after the day set in the Date field on a Public Access Test where the Final Result was set to "Pass", an email or task reminder can be created automatically (This feature must be turned on by your Salesforce Administrator). It will send the email "09A - Graduate - Due for Public Access Test" or create the task "Public Access Test Due for Client Name" based on the value set in Preferred Communication Type.  Once the field Completed All Public Access Test on the Client Tracker record is checked, the automatic reminders will no longer be sent out.
