6.1. Entering Records

There are 5 "stages" of a Reproduction Management record, Heat, Mating, Gestation, Whelping and Birth. You should create a new record for each heat cycle and use one record to follow the heat cycle all the way to the birth of puppies.
 
You can create Reproduction Management records from it's tab or the Dame's record using related lists. Filling it out from the Dame's record will auto-fill the Dame field.

You can enter a new record from the Dog Locations Tab.

Click New

Click New button to enter new record.

You can enter a new record from a dog record.

Click Related Tab

Click the Related Tab.

Find the Reproduction Management section. Click the New button to enter a new record.

Enter Data

Enter the data in the fields. Please see the additional topics (6.1.x) to view fields for each of the 5 stages.

Click Save

Click Save button to create the Reproduction Management record.
