Use the "Follow Up" option of Tested On to indicate that this is an additional Public Access Test that team needs to pass. Once saved, if Final Result is set to "Fail", this will either send the email "09F - Graduate - Retake Public Access Test" or the task "Retake Public Access Test for Client Name" based on the value set in Preferred Communication Type. This will also create an additional Public Access Test record with the field Public Access Test Status set to "Pending Scheduling".
