Use the "Placement" option of Tested On to indicate that this is the first Public Access Test that team needs to pass. Once saved, this will either send an email or a task based on the value set in Preferred Communication Type. If Final Result is set to "Pass" or "No Public Access Needed", it will either send "07A - Graduate - Graduate Requirements" or send the task "Provide Graduate Requirements for Client Name". If Final Result is set to "Fail", it will either send "07F - Graduate - Graduate Requirements - Retake Public Access" or send the task "Retake Public Access Test and Graduate Requirements for Client Name" and it will create a new Public Access Test form with the field Public Access Test Status set to "Pending Scheduling".
